Excellent Ratings from Neal Martin for Bodegas Pérez Pascuas

We have recently received exciting news from our producers at Bodegas Hnos. Perez Pascuas. High praise has been given to Vina Pedrosa wines, placing them amongst the top rated producers of the Ribera del Duero.

Neal Martin has published the latest Ribera del Duero wine reviews where Bodegas Hnos. Pérez Pascuas has received excellent ratings.

Three wines rated 94 points, and a total number of 6 wines are over 91 points, being the only wine cellar in Ribera Duero with 6 wines at the top.

Pérez Pascuas Gran Selección 2001, rated 94 points.
Pérez Pascuas Gran Selección 2005, rated 94 points
Pérez Pascuas Gran Selección 2006, rated 94 points.
Viña Pedrosa Finca La Navilla 2009, rated 93 points
Viña Pedrosa Crianza 2010, rated 92 points
Viña Pedrosa Reserva 2009, rated 92 points.

According to Martin, Bodegas Hnos. Pérez Pascuas has been in terms of regularity the best wine cellar in Ribera del Duero. “It is very difficult that all of our wines get outstanding scores” says José Manuel, enologist of Bodegas Hnos. Pérez Pascuas. “It is a wonderful recognition. We make wines based on harmony, perfect balance, freshness, minerality, complexity and fineness. The optimal use of oak is very important. An excellent wine does not need excesses, and always the origin starts in the vineyard. You have to be perfectionist in everything” says José Manuel.

“We feel very happy because our wines are pure terroir wines, are authentic and genuine wines” says Manuel Pérez Pascuas. Respect for the land and the greatest care of very small aspects are the base of Viña Pedrosa wines.

Once more we can say that Bodegas Hnos. Pérez Pascuas’ track record is impeccable
