We had a fantastic day yesterday at our annual portfolio tasting at
The Westbury Hotel, Bond Street. With nearly 300 wines on tasting and 30 producers ready to present, the day started very well.
This year we decided to hold an en primeur tasting alongside our portfolio tasting. This worked really well and the growers were on hand to talk clients through their wines. We had lots of positive feedback about the 2010 vintage and the wines on tasting. The private clients in the evening seemed to really take full advantage of this rare opportunity. Highlights picked out by our clients include Richebourg 2010, A F Gros; the Domaine de Cristia CDP 2010; 2010 Villard Condrieu Poncin ; 2010 Jobard En la Barre.
